Gold Coast Cultural Precinct Design Competition Submissions
The Gold Coast Cultural Precinct Design Competition included two stages.
Stage One was conducted over six weeks between 26 March 2013 and 6 May 2013. Stage Two ran over 12 weeks from 18 June to 9 September 2013
At both stages teams were challenged to respond to the City's Vision for a new cultural precinct and to a comprehensive Design Brief.
Seventy five multidisciplinary teams, from every continent across the globe, lodged submissions for the first stage of the competition.
Three teams were selected by an eight-member independent expert jury to compete in Stage Two.
